We want you to love your products.  

 A full exchange or store credit can be issued for products that are unopened, unused and undamaged in original packaging within 15 days of purchase.  Please understand all returns are subject to validation and approval by Luminous, and that Luminous reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, at our sole discretion.

We are aware items may get damaged in transit.  In an effort to avoid this, we carefully package each and every item we ship.  If a damage does occur during shipment, we sincerely apologize and will happily replace the damaged item.  

Items exempt from being returned are as follows:  Perishable goods such as flowers, gift cards, and sale/promotional items. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipping costs are at your expense for any items returned by mail.

If you are experiencing any other issues with your products, please contact us at hello@getluminous.com, and we will work with you to correct them.

 To Return by Mail:

To return your order in the mail, please send an email to hello@getluminous.com with order number & reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping your return to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm either the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your return will be processed and your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Please ensure that all items are packed and sealed securely using the original packaging, if possible; and that your original invoice or order confirmation email is included. All items must be in their original packaging and have original tags attached (if applicable).

To Return in Store:

Bring your original invoice or order confirmation email along with the item(s) you would like to return to Luminous.

Be sure to bring valid photo identification and the original method of payment for verification purposes. 

Your item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging and/or with the original tags attached.

Please note as well that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Luminous and that Luminous reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion.

Sales are final on all gift cards and sale/promotional items.

Shipping charges will be determined prior to checkout. 

While we work to process your order as soon as possible, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to ship. 

Luminous always aims to keep our website up-to-date, unfortunately, sometimes due to high demand an item may be out of stock or unavailable. In the event this should happen our team will contact you via email to confirm if you would like the order shipped with the available items only, and update you with an estimated time of arrival for the balance of the product requested.   

To modify or cancel an order please email hello@getluminous within 24 hours of placement and include your order number.  We will do our best to accommodate.
